DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Master of Social Work (MSW) or a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from a recognized university.
- Prior experience working on education/youths and with any organisation is desirable.
- Skilled in communicating in Marathi/Hindi.
- Proficient in basic computer skills such as MS Office, email, and online applications.
- Sincere, hardworking, deadline-driven team worker with a commitment to work within the human rights framework.
- Comfortable working independently and interacting with different stakeholders—communities, civil society, donors, government officials, etc.
- Should be a localite of Raigad.
